Ordering & Eligibility

  • Wholesale Only.
  • California customers must have a valid resale number on file.
  • Online resellers: Minimum order $2,000.
  • Physical retailers: Minimum order $1,500.
  • No exceptions.
  • U.S. sales only.
  • Product assortments may vary from those shown and cannot be guaranteed.

Fees

  • Wire Transfer & ACH: No fee
  • Visa, MasterCard & Discover:
    • 2.85% fee on pre-Net 30 orders
    • 3.85% fee on post-Net 30 payments
  • American Express:
    • 4.50% fee on pre-Net 30 orders
    • 5.00% fee on post-Net 30 payments
  • 10% deposit required on all first orders

Freight & Shipping

PlayBulk Distributors partners with multiple freight carriers to secure the best available rates. Shipping & handling charges are calculated based on:

  • Weight
  • Dimensions (length × height)
  • Density
  • Freight class

Your shipping estimate will be provided at checkout or upon request.

Return & Cancellation Policy

  • Claims & shortages must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
  • 10% restocking charge applies to cancelled, unshipped orders.
  • No other returns are accepted.
  • Order cancellations without penalty are permitted only before processing begins.
    • Order processing times vary by product and current production schedule.

Territory Restrictions

PlayBulk Distributors merchandise is intended for distribution within the 48 contiguous United States only. Certain generic or discontinued items may be exempt—advance approval is required.
